Orders can be placed through www.thi.lk using the available online platform. All orders must be paid online using a credit or debit card. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via card only. Transactions are securely processed through the OnePay payment gateway. THI does not store or retain card details.

Pre-Orders

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. Estimated delivery timelines (ETD) are indicative and subject to change.

In the event of a delay, customers may choose to:

• Continue waiting, or
• Cancel the order and request a full refund

Promotions

All promotional offers, discounts, and campaigns are subject to specific terms and conditions. THI reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

Unavailability of Products

In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, THI will notify the customer within 3 working days. A full refund will be processed within 5 working days.

The customer agrees that a refund is the sole remedy for product unavailability.

Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by a third-party logistics provider. Orders will typically be delivered within 7 working days (Monday to Friday), subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

Product Returns

Customers may return products within 21 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Products must be undamaged
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery. If a product is damaged or incomplete, it should be reported immediately and refused at delivery.

THI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Product Warranty & Returns

Sumathi Universal Trading guarantees that the products are free from deficiencies. The company warrants that all products provided to customers are genuine, original, and new components, and are suitable for the intended purpose.

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and fabric defects. Warranty does not cover physical damages or damages caused by natural disasters.

Warranty is product-specific and varies depending on the item purchased. Items can be returned within 21 days of purchase. If the customer wishes to extend the warranty, they may do so by paying an additional amount at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.thi.lk, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of THI and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Amendments

THI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
